Tina Collins (Supervisor and SENCO)
Tina ran a toddler group for 3 years before joining St. Peter’s Pre-School in 2007, and she has gained her childcare qualifications and other relevant training along the way. She became Level 3 qualified in 2009, then went on to become our SENCO in 2010 and even managed to squeeze in a diploma in child psychology gaining a distinction grade! Tina has also recently gained a speech therapy qualification and had ASD training.
Magda is a qualified Level 3 teaching assistant who joined St Peters Preschool in 2009. Prior to joining us she worked with rehabilitation of childrens mental health and is qualified in alternative medicine therapy. Magda has also completed a training course for physical development.
Wendy is a qualified Level 3 teaching assistant with many years of childcare experience. Wendy joined St Peter's in 2016 but has previously worked in schools as a 1:1 support assistant as well as working for the Home Start scheme, supporting families in need. Wendy spent three years in China where she volunteered at a local orphanage.
Laura is a qualified Level 3 teaching assistant who started working at St Peter's Preschool in January 2014. Laura has many years experience working with Early years children and previously worked in a private day nursery for 6 years.
Natasha is a mum of three and just beginning her childcare career.She has already completed some core training subjects such as paediatric first aid. Prior to joining us in 2017 Natasha worked at an engineering company and studied for a 2 year qualification on administration.
Liz very kindly volunteers one day a week and supports the children's learning through play. Liz works closely with Bradfield C of E primary school and helps to provide strong links between us. Liz has volunteered at St Peter's preschool since 1988!!
Margaret has kindly volunteered for St Peter's since 2008 and prepares the children's snack.
Laura joined St Peter's in 2016 as the Administrator working with both the Staff Team and Committee ensuring that all administrative duties including the Early Years grant are completed. Prior to working for St Peter's Laura worked at Stryker UK for 10 years in a range of operational roles before taking a career break to bring up her two boys.
The Pre-School is managed by a voluntary committee of parents: all members of the committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting, held every May. The Committee is responsible for managing the employed staff, managing the finances, fundraising, advertising for the preschool and ensuring the Pre-School meets Ofsted’s requirements.

Phillippa Peters (Chairperson)
Phillippa coordinates the meetings, supports the staff, and keeps an overview of the whole organisation. She is the person registered with OFSTED.
Nicola Norris (Secretary)
Nicola takes minutes and keeps the records for all committee meetings.
Dave Doole (Treasurer)
Dave deals with all the finances for the preschool.
Emma Rolfe (Parent Representative)
Emma is the key person for communication with parents between the staff and committee. She handles all the uniform orders, working with Tina (supervisor).
Katie Sanford (Health & Safety Representative)
Any health and safety issues are dealt with by Katie.
Liz Barry (Staff Representative)
Liz advises the committee of staff issues.

Tina keeps the committee posted on all developments of the preschool.
Rev. Jules Gadsby (Vicar (PCC))
Jules advises the committee and keeps the link with St Peter’s Church close.

Joanna Etherington, Emma Rolfe, Katie Sanford, Jane Rees (Fundraising)
The fundraising team are responsible for organising all fundraising events and welcomes ideas for new ways to raise money for the preschool.
